How to Book
Before you book a holiday we recommend that you read carefully the general details, the booking terms and conditions.
Normal Bookings
A deposit of 25% of the total travel costs is required to secure your booking by cheque or cash and the balance payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of your trip. Motorhome Adventures require details of the customer’s with fully completed booking form. Please include everything that you require with your original booking : this includes items such
as American plan menu / food ( Kitty ), travel insurance, extensions, etc. Any changes that you subsequently
make will be subject to an amendment fee of Rs.500/-. If you are
not resident in India a service fee of $25/- to
help offset the often substantial additional cost of post, communication
and overseas marketing will be added to your invoice.
Late bookings
If your trip is less than 45 Days away, please phone first to check
availability. For late bookings (less than 45 days before departure) the total travel cost is payable on booking. Vehicle will not be released without full payment being completed. Cheques will not be acceptable for late bookings (less than 4 weeks prior to departure or until cleared).
Confirmation
Your booking will normally be confirmed within a week. It may
take a little longer.
Final details
After we have received your final payment we will send a receipt
only if you have requested one. If you live in India, if you live
outside India you will collect it at the trip start point.
All that remains is to go on your holiday, have a wonderful time,
and send us your quality control questionnaire when you return,
telling us about the good points, and any improvement that you think
could be made to any aspect of the trip. All holidays in this site
are operated by MOTORHOME ADVENTURES and are sold subject to the following
conditions :-
To make a booking you must send us a signed Booking Form and
a deposit of 25% of your selected travel or tailor made itinerary around their individual requirement . Which you must pay not later
than 8 weeks before departure, full payment must be made on booking.
The booking is not accepted and no contract exists until the date
shown on the confirmation issued by the company. Notification
of cancellation must be made to the company in writing.
If you cancel your booking after you have paid in full and
more than 4 weeks before your tour departure, a refund of 10%
of the our cost will be made. lf you cancel less than 2 weeks
before your tour departure, no refund will be made.
If you do not pay your balance at the specified time without
making prior arrangements with us we reserve the right to cancel
your booking or pursue any unpaid money.
We will not cancel your tour unless
a) we are forced to do so by unusual circumstances, such as war,
civil or political unrest or what is usually known as; force majeure; or b) because the minimum number of booking needs to operate the tour has not been reached. All tour are subjected to minimum number. ln the latter case, we will advise you of the cancellation, no later than 6 weeks before the departure date of the tours for more than 10 days duration and no later than 4 weeks before departure for tours of 10 days or less duration.
If we cancel your tour we will if possible offer an alternative
tour; if this is not acceptable to you we will refund all payments
made to us in respect of the tour cost, but we will
not be liable to refund you for any incidental expenses that you
may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as flight tickets, visas or
vaccinations, or for any compensation.
Prices of holidays may be changed
at any time due to changes in exchange rates, increases in transport
or other costs, or if government action forces us to do so. If
you are not notified prior to booking of a price change, you have
the right to cancel and obtain a full refund of all the money.
The itinerary and the price at which the holiday is first invoiced
to you, provided you notify us in writing within seven days of
receiving your invoice.
