Our strength is that we provide the greatest choice of Overland adventurous holidays in Indian sub-continent, and the best value for money. We aim for good quality, and we don't cut corners in providing it. While luxury is certainly less important to us than interest, we still always aim at reasonable standards of comfort where it is possible.

WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES

In all the items below, 'Included' means either in the price or in a specified 'local payment'.

Accommodation & Camping

Motorhome accommodation & camping is included in the price. If you're camping, we provide two-persons tents and all necessary communal camping and cooking gear, so you will just need to bring a sleeping bag and on some trips a sleeping-mat…

Single rooms (Safari-trips)

Our quotes are based on shared accommodation. If you book on your own (many people do) we arrange for you to share with a person of same sex. We do not charge a single supplement unless you specifically request one; on some trips you can book and pay for this before you go, but on others it may be necessary to make the request locally and pay the supplement if the room is available. If you are a smoker and wish to smoke in your room, we ask you to request a single room. On some trips single room are not available or cannot be guaranteed, and single tents are not normally available.

Transport

Company managed vehicle during the trip is included. Off road Motorbike optional trips too.

Permits, Taxes, Parking and Toll fees

We include all necessary local permits, border-Taxes, parking and toll fees of the company managed vehicle to sites which are part of the itinerary.

Sightseeing
Monument entrance fees and Guide charges not Included wherever it is part of the itinerary. There are usually optional trips too.

Staff

On all trips we provide a driver & helper. Cook is optional for group KITTY of min. 6 persons.

Food
Meal plan vary according to area and circumstances: for every trip, details of what Is Included are shown in the Menu section of each trip. All you need is to take enough money to cover the cost of meals not included in the trip cost and of drinks and incidentals.

Only APEX Itineraries are Inclusive of gypsy safari, guide, members and vehicles entrance fees to National Parks, camping, boating, bonfire, fishing & trekking permit, sightseeing & etc.
